For the couple that has little time (and perhaps patience) to tend to every detail their fairytale event entails. I will assist you in generating ideas, tending to the details, provide you guidance and support and share our vast knowledge and expertise of planning a beautiful wedding. This package is your assurance that all the finishing touches are handled and includes design creation, booking and managing vendors, and being there throughout your event. Services include but are not limited to: Initial consultation Creation of style and theme Venue and reception site selection Production schedule creation Menu selection Assistance with all venue related decisions Customized table design Coordination of all rented equipment Selection assistance of all vendors/participants Artistic direction and coordination of all papers Management of all mailings Guest list preparation assistance Review of all contracts Follow up with all vendors Unlimited appointments, phone calls and communication with bride and groom Rehearsal coordination Timeline preparation and management Checklist management On site for set up in all venues involved ​ Should your dream wedding involve a service not listed here, just ask! I am dedicated to tend to your every wish for your dream day!!! I do not believe in “one size fits all” and will design a customized package specifically for you! Each customized package that is agreed and signed upon, will require a 30% deposit within 24 hours of contract agreement. The couple will receive an Invoice and can pay the planner in various forms based on planners payment options.
